Monthly Contract between Anytime Storage Ltd and Customer
Note that these terms and conditions are accepted during customer sign-up. You must read these in detail. By signing up, making payment and moving your contents into Anytime Storage, you are accepting these terms and conditions.

KEY POINTS
- Contract type: This is a monthly recurring contract that runs continuously until cancelled.
- Notice period: Customer must give at least one (1) calendar month’s written notice by logging into your account. No further charges are made after valid notice is given. The Customer will have access to their unit until 11pm on the one-month anniversary of their last payment.
- Customer owns or is authorised to store the Goods.
- Storage fees must be paid in advance and on time.
- If you fail to comply with the conditions of this agreement, Anytime Storage Ltd has certain rights which include the right to cancel access to your unit, to seize and sell and/or dispose of your goods.
- Customer must keep the unit secure.
- Customer must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.
- Customer must check the unit is suitable for storing the Goods.
- Anytime Storage Ltd’s liability for loss of and damage to Goods is limited to £100.
- Goods are stored at your sole risk. You must take out insurance cover.
- Anytime Storage Ltd may use and share your personal and other data in certain circumstances.
- Lost Padlock Keys are £30 plus VAT (maximum of 1 spare key can be provided)
- New Padlock is £50 plus VAT.
- Callout Fee is £50 plus VAT
CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT
STORAGE
- So long as all fees are paid up to date, Customer: (a) is licensed to store Goods in the Unit allocated to Customer by Anytime Storage Ltd from time to time and only in that Unit; (b) is deemed to have knowledge of the Goods in the Unit; and (c) warrants that it is the owner of the Goods in the Unit and/or entitled at law to deal with them in accordance with all aspects of this Agreement as agent for the owner.
- Anytime Storage Ltd: (a) does not have and will not be deemed to have knowledge of the Goods; (b) is not a bailee, custodian, or warehouseman of the Goods and Customer acknowledges that Anytime Storage Ltd does not take possession of the Goods; (c) does not grant any lease, licence or tenancy of the Unit; and (d) provides unit sizes that are approximate and there may be small variations. By signing this contract you agree to the actual size of the unit you use and not any represented unit size.
COST
- Customer is responsible to pay:
(a) the Storage Fee (being the amount set out on the Anytime Storage Ltd website at the time of booking, or as otherwise agreed or notified) payable in advance on the first day of each storage period (Due Date);
(b) a Cleaning Fee where applicable (minimum £75);
(c) all costs incurred by Anytime Storage Ltd in collecting late or unpaid fees, including legal costs; and
(d) any taxes or VAT payable.
DEFAULT – RIGHT TO SELL OR DISPOSE OF GOODS
4–9. If fees are unpaid, Anytime Storage Ltd may deny access, relocate, sell, or dispose of goods to recover debts. Full lien and enforcement rights apply.
ACCESS
10–14. Customers may access their unit during posted hours, subject to compliance. Anytime Storage Ltd may refuse access for safety or non-payment, and may enter units in emergencies, for repairs, or to enforce this Agreement.
CONDITIONS OF USE
15–23. Customers must:
- Keep units locked and secure.
- Not store prohibited items (full list as in original).
- Keep units clean and in good repair.
- Not use units for living, office, or nuisance purposes.
- Not obstruct or damage the facility.
- Accept relocation to another unit if required.
RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY
24–30. Goods are stored at the sole risk of the Customer. Anytime Storage Ltd excludes liability for business losses and caps liability for goods at £100. Customers must maintain adequate insurance. Anytime Storage Ltd is not liable for events beyond its control (fire, flood, terrorism, strikes, etc.).
PERSONAL INFORMATION
31–32. Anytime Storage Ltd collects and processes data in line with UK data protection law. Data may be shared with insurers, fraud prevention agencies, and authorities where necessary. Marketing use requires Customer consent.
NOTICE
- Notices must be in writing. Notice from the Customer must be sent by email to info@anytimestorage.co.uk. Notice is deemed received one hour after sending by email, immediately on hand delivery, or 48 hours after posting.
TERMINATION
- Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving at least one (1) calendar month’s notice in accordance with Condition 33. Anytime Storage Ltd may terminate immediately for illegal activities or serious breach. Customers must remove goods by the Termination Date and leave the unit clean. Liabilities for outstanding sums and damages survive termination.
- Customers must inspect goods on removal and report any issues promptly.
- Liability for damages, debts, or breaches continues after termination.
GENERAL
- Anytime Storage Ltd may vary fees or terms with 28 days’ written notice. Customers may terminate before changes take effect.
- This document forms the whole contract. Customers cannot assign their rights. If any term is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be decided by the Courts of England and Wales. Mediation must be attempted before litigation (except for emergency relief).
ACCEPTANCE
PLEASE READ THESE CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU WILL BE BOUND BY THEM.
I/we consent to receiving correspondence from the facility owner by SMS, email, post and telephone.
